precautions

1. Safety operation standards

  • Prohibited substances: It is strictly prohibited to come into contact with organic matter (oil, wood chips), reducing agents, and active metal powders to prevent explosions;
  • Moisture proof and anti condensation: Storage humidity ≤ 80%, clumps need to be crushed before use, without affecting performance.

2. System operation requirements

  • Heating control: Initial heating rate ≤ 30 ℃/hour to avoid thermal stress rupture;
  • Water quality control: Water mixed in must be completely evaporated before 200 ℃ to prevent high-temperature gas explosion.

3. Storage and transportation

  • Packaging: Double layer moisture-proof woven bag (25kg/bag) or customized ton bag;
  • Storage and transportation: Store in a cool and ventilated warehouse (<30 ℃), away from sources of fire and acids.
